This system could NOT be MORE FUN! My husband and I are both very shy and will not dance in public so having this set to do in our own home and laugh at ourselves and have fun was just the best! It is very well instructed and easy to learn as you go. It is so much fun I can no stress that enough! 7 discs and you learn at your own pace, it is not overwhelming or hard, they make it so easy and it's a great work out!
