I have been looking for a resistance band to incorporate into my work out and this set was so perfect! It came with 4 bands and 4 different resistance levels which so not only perfect for different work outs but even my husband jumped in on the action! They are very durable and heavy duty bands and even came with a nice case to put them away when you are done! Such a great product and well thought out for so many different uses. LOVE them! #phantomfit
