Product Review: Ziziphus Jujuba - Natural Stress Relief Supplement

I was pretty skeptical of this supplement because I am a stress / anxious mess!! Thinking a pill could help me relax or  get through the scary things with a normal heart rate and not be tense seems like a fantasy! I took this pill on a day that I knew I would have to face somethings that would make me nervous and stressed and it seemed to help a bit. Not prescription strength but a noticeable difference in not getting overwhelmed so easily. I am pretty impressed, I will definitely keep this product on hand!
